I had a relaxing experience here, everything was perfect, the location was stunning close to the beach, many places to sign up for excursions.

Everything was great, including pleasant staff and top location close to everything. I loved the room with two beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

It was in a very central setting and close to restaurants and amazing restaurants. The hotel was in the middle of Playa del Carmen, and we were at a moderate distance from Blue Parrot.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we loved our choice. The hotel was in a very central setting in a tourist spot. Again, it was close to visit Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall.

We liked our stay in this place. We had penthouse with great A/C and a nice view, for example. Excellent service and good value. They offered ironing for free, that's pretty good.

The hotel is sparkling and nestled in an amazing building, its staff and rooms are superb.

We enjoyed the hotel, it was cute and perfectly clean. Lots of meals for breakfast, including coffee and fruit. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was SPLENDID.

Exquisite service, super personnel, nice design. Room had an elegant bathroom that we loved. Found in a recreational part of the town. Apart from that, parking was 5 minutes away by driving. The night bar was excellent and the drinks were fine.

Luxury stay in the good area. Hotel was overall clean and well priced, I truly enjoyed its awesome location and rooms. The bed was comfortable and it was great having terrace, climate control and cable TV. Located close to the sand beach.

Would come back for sure if ever in Playa del Carmen. Having a patio was a nice addition. Amongst other things, there was free Wi-Fi, we spend our time incredibly.

We will be back, our experience was wonderful. They assisted us with baggage. The hotel was next to the beautiful beach.

The hotel itself is great, we liked location and rooms. It was close to the beach, centrally situated. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like La Vagabunda that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

A kitchen was a big plus. Chez Celine was 5 mins walk away.
